Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. Building site bell schedule and caseload will be determined during the interview based on the candidates preference.---Key ResponsibilitiesPreventionProvide consultation and in-service training to school staff regarding communication development and with parents and parent groups to support prevention efforts and early in pre-referral processes through student support speech and language screenings and manage referrals for students entering the evaluation and analyze data using standardized and non-standardized assessment assessment outcomes and prepare comprehensive evaluation results with parents teachers and multidisciplinary team eligibility for speech-language services and contribute to the development of caseload scheduling and service direct therapy within the educational setting or through pull-out with teachers on academic social and communication and update treatment goals and maintain ongoing progress in IEP meetings annual reviews and collaboration with the educational & ComplianceMaintain caseload records for special education IEPs evaluation documents and progress reports within a web-based system.---Work EnvironmentCollaborative multidisciplinary team in busy sometimes noisy school environmentsboth indoors and -paced environment with frequent unscheduled require travel within the district for meetings or itinerant -facing professional role requiring business-appropriate attire.
