ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promote and support a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and company safety programs
- Develop and implement multi-year maintenance strategies focused on up-time improvement and cost efficiency.
- Plan schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Provide leadership mentorship and development for maintenance personnel using servant leadership principles.
- Collaborate with the COO to develop budgets and manage expenses within approved limits.
- Oversee CMMS utilization ensuring accurate data entry and reporting on KPIs such as uptime downtime and PM completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure safety while in our plants along with quality and cost-effective service.
- Lead initiatives to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.
- Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to support maintenance operations.
- Support employee performance reviews coaching and growth planning to build a high-performing team.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
- Oversee facility utilities systems and grounds maintenance to ensure optimal operation and appearance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-department collaboration on maintenance-related projects.

- Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in industrial Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading maintenance teams and implementing CMMS-based maintenance programs
- Other required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency with CMMS software Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools.
- Strong technical background in mechanical electrical and automation systems (PLC robotics hydraulics).
- Excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills.
- Servant leadership mindset and ability to empower teams through mentorship and accountability.
- Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and specifications.
- Physical ability to access various areas of the facility as needed for inspections and support.
