This is what youll do

• Design maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI Tekton) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
• Develop and optimize deployment automation using Helm charts ArgoCD configurations and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Support internal engineering teams by improving ease-of-use features in the open-source Backstage
• Deploy and manage infrastructure configurations ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation (AsciiDoc Confluence) to support knowledge sharing and platform adoption.

Youll bring us these skills

• Strong programming experience with TypeScript ReactJS Java Go and build tools such as Maven.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD) and understanding of IaaS concepts.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes Helm and ideally experience with Backstage (Spotify).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana) and configuration tools such as Ansible.
• Strong analytical thinking adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed multi-team environment.
