Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 33500.00 basic OT Standby Travel

Position Overview
In this role you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of vital fire and electronic security systems. You will ensure clients premises are safe and compliant by providing expert technical support. Your work will cover a wide area across Northern Ireland with some travel to the Republic of Ireland making a direct impact on client safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance on fire and security systems.
Test systems to ensure they meet all industry standards.
Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently and effectively.
Deliver high-quality customer service to all clients.
Complete on-site documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
Requirements
Proven experience as a fire and security engineer.
Strong knowledge of Fire CCTV Intruder and Access Control systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
A full valid UK driving licence.
Ability to pass security and financial screening checks.
