About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional information professional to work within the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team. The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Content Integration Specialists are responsible for working directly with customers as well as partners leveraging the Risk & Compliance product suite. This includes providing support to both technical and business users who have integrated the Dow Jones Risk and Compliance product(s) into their workflow.
You Will:
Work closely with Sales to ensure Dow Jones is delivering the best integration solutions for Risk and Compliance.
Coordinate pre-sale post-sale and implementation support and guidance for Risk & Compliance feeds and API products.
Provide integration support to partners who deliver Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content.
Contribute thought leadership around the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business on subjects such as brand positioning value proposition and product roadmap.
Drive the successful integration of our content into partners and customer platforms.
Communicate globally for local partner and customer needs.
You Have:
Language skills: Japanese and Chinese language skills both strongly preferred
High level of initiative and self-motivation ability to work in a global team environment.
Understanding of Internet and Intranet applications emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Knowledge of data feeds and APIs.
Excellent problem solving skills for customers and partners issues while consistently providing high levels of customer service
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to utilize effective influencing strategies to gain agreement or commitment to proposed solutions.
Interest and aptitude to learn new technical systems and applications.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes when required.
