Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Wickenburg AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises modalities and manual therapy as directed by the PT.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and families on exercises mobility techniques and safety precautions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Support the rehabilitation team in achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Skills
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow PT-directed treatment plans accurately
Attention to detail and adherence to clinical standards
Qualifications
Associates degree or certificate as a Physical Therapist Assistant Required
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Arizona Required
12 years of experience in skilled nursing outpatient or inpatient rehab Required
BLS (American Heart Association) Preferred
