Project Buyer Intern
Be at the centre of one of our Prestige brands with a very dynamic environment innovative procurement projects for fragrances and within a multifunctional & international team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Junior Project buyer you will contribute to all end-to-end Procurement activities related to new launches with low complexity as well as Productivity projects for your brand while supporting the implementation of the Global and Regional Category Sourcing strategies. Projects cover a wide range of packaging & raw material categories as well as TPM (Third Party Manufacturing) & internal factories.
Your main focus:
Product Innovation: Work closely with the multifunctional team from marketing brief to launches on the market ensuring cost timing & leadtimes objectives are met.
Productivity: Contribute to productivity/renovation/value preservation projects opportunities in coordination with R&D & Operation teams to deliver bottom line savings or/and improve the supply chain value. Monitor & track procurement activities (CAPEX expenses savings quarterly budget reviews).
Support to Operations: Support Business Continuity Plan for all high-risk materials (in-house manufacturing or TPM) and manage claims/issues in collaboration with the operational team that require support . Support the implementation of actions to minimize materials inventory and obsolescence (notably through OQ set-up).
Business Partnering: Help securing the process of sharing information and support between local organizations and business units. Promote a good networking environment within the different departments & be the ambassador of the procurement department reputation.
Integrated within our Prestige procurement team you will work in a very dynamic & positive environment. You will work hand in hand with the multifunctional team in which support leadership positive and solution provider attitudes are the mains drivers.
In your day to day you will work in project team interacting with R&D projects managers Operations Marketings.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like working with various stakeholders experienced the beauty industry have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that:
Preparing a Master degree in Purchasing/Sourcing/Supply Chain/business you have ideally already some experience in the beauty industry
Agility/ flexibility being able to navigate through a complex environment without strict & defined rules and be able to be creative/proactive to find innovative solutions & work out of the scope.
Team spirit oriented/Very good communication skills (oral & written)
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
English is a must / French is highly advised.
