Job Skills / Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean buildings emptying trash vacuuming sweeping mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
- Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using proper cleaners sponges and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
- Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed
- Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work on time
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
Limpiar edificios vaciando la basura aspirando barriendo trapeando y limpiando las superficies según sea asignado.
Monitoriar la seguridad del edificio realizando tareas tales como; cerrar las puertas después de las horas de funcionamiento y revisar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para evitar cualquier clase de peligros.
Usar los productos de limpieza para eliminar las manchas y limpiar las superficies de manera appropiada.
Sólo use productos químicos de limpieza aprobados con el EPP adecuado según sea necesario y deberá cumplir con el SDS (Hojas de Datos de Peligro).
Limpiar ventanas tabiques de cristal y espejos usando limpiadores esponjas y escobillas de gomas adecuadas.
Sacudir los muebles y refregar las superficies.
Limpiar baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes apropiados.
Mover muebles pesados cuidadosamente para aspirar/barrer por debajo según sea necesario.
Lleguar a tiempo a su turno cumpliendo horario asignado para completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
Identificar y reportar las reparaciones necesarias en el equipo para asegurar que estén bien mantenidos.
Entrenar a empleados en diferentes tareas o áreas asignadas por el Supervisor
