Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evaluation treatment and rehabilitation services to patients across various conditions. The PT will deliver evidence-based care support functional recovery and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises gait training manual therapy and related interventions.
Educate patients/families on mobility safety and home exercise programs.
Document evaluations daily notes and progress in EMR.
Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize outcomes.
Supervise PTAs as needed and ensure compliance with all standards/policies.

Qualifications

Active NY PT license (or eligibility).
BLS (AHA required).
1 year recent clinical experience preferred.
DPT or Masters in Physical Therapy.
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.
