Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Career Counsellor to join our team. The role involves conducting assessments counselling students parents and professionals and providing personalized career guidance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mentoring and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct career assessments (psychometric tests aptitude tests DMIT etc.) and interpret results for students and professionals.
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to guide clients in educational and career decisions.
- Advise students on suitable academic courses streams universities and career opportunities based on their aptitude and interests.
- Assist working professionals in career shifts skill development and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with schools colleges and institutions to organize workshops seminars and webinars on career guidance.
- Maintain client records prepare counselling reports and follow up with students/parents for progress tracking.
- Stay updated with industry trends emerging careers and educational opportunities in India and abroad.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology Education Counselling or related field. (Certification in Career Counselling preferred).
- 13 years of experience in counselling/education sector (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal listening and communication skills.
- Empathetic patient and approachable personality.
- Ability to analyze assessment results and provide clear practical advice.
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting workshops/seminars.
