Job Summary
Responsible for sales engineering support proposal generation and provide technical expertise for local solutions. Support the markets during sales and implementation processes by having a deep understanding of the customer needs and upgrades portfolio. Responsible for designing big complex and customized project engineering solutions.
What you will do
- Undertake detailed design of Liquid Food Processing Plant/Equipment based on current installed base.
- Convert customer need into technical solution in term of:
- Process design
- Process Functional Diagram
- Automation solution
- Electrical design and implementation at site
- Engineering Calculations:
- Production Time Schedule
- Specification of Equipment (tanks pumps valves heat exchangers modules etc)
- Ensure Engineering Solution is within the Project Budget and implementation is lower than budget by optimize schedule at site.
- Lead and participate Technical Design Reviews including:
- Safety
- Hygiene
- Layout
- Process Solution
- Communicate with customer regarding design plant layout utilities plant performance and other relevant technical issues.
- Undertake Technical Discussions with external and internal suppliers.
- Prepare quotations for technical sale acting like pre-project.
- Leading site activities such as Installation and Commissioning of Equipment when required.
- Be a Mentor and share competence with other employees.
- Select suppliers and specialist for development activities.
We believe you have
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Mechatronics Engineering electrical or automation
5 years in industrial process design/ electrical design or commissioning preferably from dairy beverage industries or liquid processing
Experience in automation (Rockwell Siemens Wonderware) is beneficial
