DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE Day shift Monday-Friday Varies 6am-6pm Weekend hours as needed. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening night and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a Masters degree. Required
Work Experience
- At least five years as a Physical Occupational or Speech Therapist or closely related field in an inpatient setting or equivalent professional experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current license/certification from the State of Illinois in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology. Required
