At NTSOC we are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes as defined collaboratively by our clients their families and our care teams. We are salary based but offer additional incentive pay.

Salary: $93000.00 up to $150000 per year
5K sign on bonus paid out in the following increments:
$2500 after 6 months and the additional $2500 at 12 months

Provides direct patient care evaluates functional needs and outcomes consults with other professionals as necessary reassesses patient status and adjusts care plan as needed to ensure optimal outcome.Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status.- Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law.
- Provides occupational therapy in a home care setting or outpatient clinic as assigned.
- Communicates effectively with clients relatives professional and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome.
- Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures objectives quality improvement program safety environmental and infection control standards.
- Maintains current and accurate records of properly signed prescriptions patient evaluations treatments goals and plan of care. Ensures conformity to regulations and requirements of third-party payers.
- Performs patient care visits in accordance with Agency productivity requirements.
Minimum Education:Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Masters degree in related field preferred.
Licenses/Registrations:- Current license or eligible for license to practice occupational therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
