Overview

We are hiring a Sous/Chef/Kitchen Manager- Seafood Stall @ Halidom Eatery to work with us on-site at Halidom Eatery on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta GA - near the EAV neighborhood.

Halidom Eatery hosts diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose. The atmosphere is elevated casual contemporary and energetic. Our private event space The Jungle Room is perfect for parties meetings and intimate gatherings.

Compensation

55000.00 - 60000.00 USD per year

Benefits options include: Medical Dental Vision EAP and 401K Paid Time Off (12 days/yr) four Paid Holidays

Schedule: Full time 50-55hrs/wk

Requirements

  • Strong seafood and BOH background
  • Experience running a kitchen
  • Accurate and responsible ordering
  • Passion for recipes R&D and creation
  • Scheduling and staffing oversight
  • P&L cost control and labor management
