Compensation
55000.00 - 60000.00 USD per year
Benefits options include: Medical Dental Vision EAP and 401K Paid Time Off (12 days/yr) four Paid Holidays
Schedule: Full time 50-55hrs/wk

- Strong seafood and BOH background
- Experience running a kitchen
- Accurate and responsible ordering
- Passion for recipes R&D and creation
- Scheduling and staffing oversight
- P&L cost control and labor management
