Were looking for a Senior Customer Relations Manager to develop and implement national multi-stakeholder programmes that build and strengthen partnerships with top-tier NHS stakeholders and key influencers across the healthcare community nationwide.
This is a field-based role offering flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK with regular travel to support meetings events and engagement activities nationwide.
Your new role
As a Senior NHS Customer Relations Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping Novo Nordisks NHS engagement strategy. Youll work with some of the most influential individuals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Diabetes Community building strong trusted relationships that support our shared goal of improving patient outcomes and advancing NHS collaboration.

Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a confident and strategic relationship builder who excels at influencing and connecting with senior healthcare leaders at a national level. Youll bring proven experience in managing high-level relationships across the UK healthcare landscape ideally within the NHS or pharmaceutical industry as well as:
You will also demonstrate integrity professionalism and a commitment to compliance adhering to our ethics ABPI and all relevant industry standards.
