As Assistant Director of Marketing forIndustrials and Energyat EY you will lead national marketing strategies for sectors that power the economy and shape the countrys future. This is your opportunity to influence growth drive innovation and position EY as a trusted advisor to organizations tackling challenges in infrastructure manufacturing and energy transition.

Werelooking for a strategic thinker and an influential leader who can:

  • Set the vision for sector marketing and translate it into actionable strategies that drive growth and market leadership.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align marketing priorities with businessobjectivesand deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market programs that position EY as a trusted advisor and innovator in Industrials and Energy.
  • Harness market intelligence toanticipatetrendsidentifyopportunities and inform strategic investments.
  • Champion collaboration across industry groups service linesalliancesand stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Inspire and develop talent fostering a high-performing marketing team equipped to deliver excellence.
  • Allocatebudgets tooptimizespend driveperformanceand support the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Track performance and ROI to ensure marketing activitydelivers tangible impact.

What we look for

  • Prior experience withbrand and marketing strategy and campaign development preference for experience within a professional services setting.
  • Strong skills in managingand supportingmultiplestakeholdersacross the portfolio.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics performance metrics and full-funnel optimization.
  • Professional maturityresilienceand adaptability.
  • At ease managing multiple high-priority projects and navigating ambiguity in a deadline-driven and matrixed environment
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with overseeing staff
  • Process-driven always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to work both independently and with the team relying on strong influencing skills to achieve results
  • Abachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field isrequired. A graduate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of10years of relevant business experience.
  • In-depth knowledge ofprofessional servicesand its unique characteristics.
  • Proven experience in program project and campaign management and execution.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management with the ability to work comfortably with senior leaders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing trends execution and measurement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills withdemonstratedability to manage multiple priorities stakeholders and complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset

Ideally youll also have

  • Past experience in professional services is highly desirable.
  • B2B marketing experience an asset.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity education relevant experience knowledge and applicable skill sets.

    • Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria: $92300 to $142300
