About Ally Waste:

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls requesting trash collections
- Retrieve all necessary information needed for service requests
- Enter data accurately into various software systems
- Address customer service inquiries via phone email and other channels
- Conduct various internal audits and customer surveys
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience handling a high volume of calls
- Outstanding active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
- Ability to de-escalate customer complaints
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Bonus if fluent in Spanish
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy; ability to use various software systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
