About the team
The Family Group Meeting Service works flexibly agile and county wideseven days a week. We offer a menu of family-led decision-making meetings on which we will provide training and development. We are a dynamic and creative team that utilises a co-production model and we share decision-making where possible to utilise the full strengths and resources of our team. We have robust practice development team development and team building opportunities within the team and access to wider training and development opportunities within GCC. As a restorative team we provide high support as well as high challenge and work collaboratively with each other with families with colleagues and with the community at large.
