About the Role
As a Sales Representative for the Swedish market you will engage with potential customers understand their needs and guide them toward the right products and services. You will play a central role in generating revenue and shaping the customer journey making every interaction meaningful and commercially impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio to present compelling value propositions.
  • Drive performance across KPIs such as conversions and revenue targets.
  • Update CRM tools and manage customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes messaging and overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of Swedish with good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport during conversations.
  • Positive attitude resilience and willingness to learn.
