Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment.The successful candidate will be working at one of our Canadian Blood Services major site offices with a strong preference for Ottawa (1800 Alta Vista Drive) Brampton (100 Parkshore Drive) Calgary (Avenue NE) Vancouver (4750 Oak Street) or Dartmouth (270 John Savage Ave) and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors our staff and our communities. Currently employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

About The Role:
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a temporary full-time Director Process Management to join our dynamic Supply Chain division. The work of a Director Process Management is integral to Canadian Blood Services role as Canadas biological lifeline.

The Director of Supply Chain Process Management at Canadian Blood Services (CBS) plays a central role in ensuring that CBS delivers products that meet customer expectations while complying with all regulatory and quality standards. Working in close partnership with operations this role supports the design and improvement of manufacturing processes to drive consistency efficiency and effectiveness across collections production and logistics and leads a project portfolio designed to deliver organizational strategy. The Director collaborates to develop and implement robust processes defining requirements for technology assets and workforce skills and ensuring clear communication and understanding of these processes throughout the addition the Director provides validation support to all CBS groups promotes continuous improvement initiatives and leads efforts to strengthen supply chain operations. Through this leadership the Director helps uphold CBSs reputation for trust and value to Canadians.

• This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at one of our Canadian Blood Services major site offices located in Ottawa (1800 Alta Vista Drive) Brampton (100 Parkshore Drive) Calgary (Avenue NE) Vancouver (4750 Oak Street) or Dartmouth (270 John Savage Ave) 40% of the time/2 days of the week.
• This role will require travel for events team meetings and project commitments.
