Position Overview

Self-driven and motivated youre an individual who thrives on working with others to problem-solve and find solutions. You enjoy collaborating and working with various teams to build exceptional partnerships to deliver and achieve business objectives. Add in your ability to juggle multiple projects and knack for seeing the big picture; youre an excellent fit for our role of Conservation & Energy Manager (C&EM) Program Specialist Commercial and Industrial.

In this role youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial and industrial rebates drive our conservation programs and nurture customer-centric experiences. Youll develop integral partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs and uphold our program requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate and deliver our commercial and industrial programs by developing a working knowledge of these programs processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all program stakeholders.
  • Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis.

What it takes:

  • A diploma in marketing communications or a related discipline from a recognized program plus a minimum of three (3) years of recent related experience in program development.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an elite level of customer service with program stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
  • Extremely self-driven motivated and able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Solutions-oriented with a proven track record of working well with various teams.
  • A get it done right and can do perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.

In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
