About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English. In this role you will assist patients and clients by providing accurate information regarding healthcare services medical processes and general support. This is a fully remote opportunity allowing you to work from home anywhere within Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Provide professional support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers in the healthcare sector.
Assist with inquiries related to appointments medical services patient information insurance and general healthcare guidance.
Manage communication across phone email and chat channels.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Update internal systems with accurate information.
Collaborate with internal departments for case follow-up and resolutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy and problem-solving.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2).
Good command of English (B2 or higher).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must be currently living in Bulgaria.
