Job Summary

We have four fixed term part-time positions available for 12 months with working hours 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday perfect for those seeking a shorter working day with consistent routine.

Salary: $39.90/hr Super (Pro-rata)

About the role

Were on the lookout for friendly customer-focused Service Desk Analysts to join our team and help deliver a great support you enjoy solving problems supporting people wewant to hear from you!

Cenitex fosters a learning culture that enables people to connect and unify to deliver innovative solutions to enable better outcomes for our staff and for the people of Victoria.

In this role youll be first point of contact for customers needing assistance via phone and chat. You will log triage and resolve incidents and service request while providing clear and supportive communication troubleshoot a variety of technical issues keep tickets well documented and up to date and escalate more complex matters to senior teams when needed. You will be joining a collaborative and supported team where we celebrate diversity of thought and mentorship.

What you will be working on:

  • Supporting customers with a wide range of day-to-day IT queries
  • Working closely with our team to maintain high service levels and a positive customer experience.

You are someone with:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive approachable manner
  • A genuine interesting in helping people
  • Experience in an IT Service Desk or support environment
