The Opportunity
Within EYs Clients & Industries function the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences events content and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EYs brand market insights priority initiatives and client purchasing behavioursensuring we foster meaningful customer growth from an industry perspective.
As a GTM Content Delivery Junior Support Specialist at the Senior Associate level youll contribute to the delivery of go-to-market content and curated experiences to support client growth. Working alongside a global team of content design and delivery professionals within the GTM Content Center of Excellence (CoE) youll focus on the consistent timely and accurate execution of content requestswhile building your capabilities in content management user experience and emerging technologies such as GenAI.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain EYs go-to-market content collection by applying established standards for content quality relevance and lifecycle management.
- Assist in executing core content processes such as optimization publishing editorial review sanitization and curation to maintain consistency quality and usability.
- Build and maintain simple web experiences for curated content leveraging defined templates standards and user-centred design principles
- Support and contribute to content management content design and content delivery initiatives.
- Use available tools and guidance to enhance usability and contribute to continuous improvement
- Track and document basic performance metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to testing and release activities for content management tools and workflows.
- Embrace a culture of learning inclusion and collaboration to support your own development and that of the team.
Skills & Attributes
- Basic understanding of EYs go to market strategy and the role of content in supporting business growth.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and standards.
- Willingness to learn and apply user-centred design principles to improve content usability.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to produce clear professional outputs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite GenAI tools (EYQ skills Copilot etc) and EYs content management tools (Adobe CMS Workfront etc) SharePoint and web production technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS JQuery Python)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment across geographies.
What We Look For
- Foundational experience in content delivery publishing or digital asset management with a willingness to build deeper expertise.
- Basic familiarity with EYs content lifecycle and mega processes with an interest in learning how they support go-to-market strategy.
- Understanding of design and UX principles and how they apply to web content management systems with a focus on practical application.
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems within defined processes and frameworks.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies such as GenAI and their application in content design and delivery.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple initiatives with guidance and support.
- A proactive growth-oriented mindset and a desire to build foundational skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
