Job Summary

The Specialty Retail Lead is responsible for assisting all store locations with daily operations such as training new volunteers achieving sales goals special order coordination inventory reconciliation merchandising all reconciliation and customer service. The team lead must have flexible work availability to accommodate all store locations operations and special events including weekends and holidays.
