9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Role Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time on-site role as an Insurance Representative with a reputable insurance agency in Canton MS. As an Insurance Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. This includes consulting with clients analyzing their insurance needs and offering them appropriate recommendations and quotes. You will also play a crucial role in managing client policies and ensuring their addition to your client-focused responsibilities you will also be involved in conducting market research responding to inquiries for insurance quotes updating our social media accounts and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives. This role will also require your active participation in networking events to expand our agencys reach and connections.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for learning insurance products services and systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred
Minimum of 1 year administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
