The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Private Equity Independence team you can support processes that enable managing independence for top private equity clients. As an Associate you can focus on learning and contributing to client engagement developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work while building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing independence processes for private equity clients
- Engage in client interactions to enhance understanding of their needs

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in private equity or financial services
- Knowledge of independence regulations and compliance requirements
- Excelling in analytical and research skills
- Skilled in financial databases and tools
- Demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicating effectively in interpersonal settings
- Skilled in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Supporting special projects around data research and reconciliation
