As a Breweryoullplay a key role in supporting our brewing operations quality and process to the Team Leaderandworking withthe brewing team you willdevelop your technical skills and deepen your understanding of end-to-end brewing processes.

Tooheys is home to a world-class highly automated brewhouse with large-scale fermentation and filtration systems. Did you know we brew approximately 280 million litres annually across more than 88 SKUs including iconic global brands like Heineken and Guinness

This is a permanent full-time position based at Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe. Our shift pattern rotates weekly between mornings (6am2pm) afternoons (2pm10pm) and nights (10pm6am) so youll need to be available for all three.

What Were Looking For

• Has a relevant Brewing qualification or is currently studying towards one such as a Brewing Degree or IBD Certificate

• Has a passion for brewing science continuous learning and quality craftsmanship

• Brings curiosity a collaborative mindset and a drive to improve processes

• Is motivated to grow into a future Technical Brewer or Team Leader
