Job Summary
Popular Assoc Treasury Management
Responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business customers and serves as a resource to clients by providing professional efficient customer service. Provides problem resolution to customers in support of customer retention and satisfaction.
In this position you will:

- Assist with the preparation of proposals pro formas and other sales and marketing materials to be used in the cash management sales process
- Workwith Cash Management Manager Commercial Lenders Branch Managers and other bank sales personnel with client discussions involving Cash Management product/service selection
- Communicatewith potential and/or existing cash management clients to finalize product/service requirements and gather appropriate agreements and enrollment forms
- Coordinate and manage the implementation process for all cash management products and services. This includes facilitating the initial setup testing and start of production with bank departments (such as Online Banking IPS Electronic Banking and Bookkeeping) and the client
- Monitor the implementation process and reportproblems/delays to Cash Management Manager
- Monitoraccount analysis billing process to ensure it is functioning properly post-implementation
- ProvideCash Management product and service support perform problem resolution and trouble-shooting activities in a structured format to all customers
- Provides training to customers for all cash management products and services
To be considered you will need:
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking commercial loan operations or related field
