Location:Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC) & Iowa Lutheran Hospital (ILH)
Shift:Full-Time Days 24-Hour Accountability

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cardiovascular invasive diagnostic services including cardiac and vascular angiograms interventions electrophysiology procedures and structural heart procedures.
- Oversee prep and recovery operations for cardiovascular patients at IMMC.
- Collaborate with medical directors service line physicians and supervisors to advance cardiovascular diagnostics and care.
- Represent the service line across medical staff departments and committees.
- Manage clinical services including staffing standards of practice and evaluation of care.
- Drive administrative functions such as budgeting strategic planning marketing and inter-affiliate collaboration
- Continuously improve operational processes and systems to enhance quality service growth and cost efficiency
- Mentor and develop staff professionally and as leaders modeling UPH-DM Expectations for Excellence
- Foster open honest and collaborative relationships with staff physicians and the community.
Qualifications
- Education:Masters degree required. Candidates with a Bachelors degree must submit an action plan upon hire and complete their Masters within 3 years.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years in progressive leadership roles within healthcare.
- Licensure:Current Iowa RN license required
