Position Overview

A Long-Term Care facility in Hot Springs SD is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join their team. The RN will provide high-quality care to residents support clinical needs collaborate with the care team and ensure a safe and compassionate environment for all residents.

Schedule

Variable Day and Night Shifts
Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
36 hours per week guaranteed
Flexibility required to meet facility needs

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications treatments and wound care as needed
Monitor and document resident conditions accurately
Assist residents with ADLs and support overall well-being
Communicate effectively with residents families and staff
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality care

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in LTC / Skilled Nursing / Nursing Home settings preferred
Ability to work variable days and nights
Strong communication assessment and critical-thinking skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach
