Looking for a meaningful career with stability purpose and growth One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Clear Lake homes.
This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind: 3 nights on then the rest of your week is free.
As a DSP youll make a direct impact every shift helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent and fulfilling lives.
What Youll Do
As a DSP youll be more than a caregiver-youll be a mentor coach and supporter. Each shift youll:
Provide support with daily living needs (meals hygiene housekeeping and medications).
Encourage independence self-confidence and personal growth.
Support community involvement and recreational activities.
Drive individuals to appointments outings and events.
Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.
Assist with finances grocery shopping and household responsibilities.

What Were Looking For
Compassion reliability and a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old with a valid drivers license & auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
This is a safety-sensitive role.
