The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Oracle Human Capital team you will lead a dynamic team delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for US clients. As a Director you will set the strategic direction drive business development and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to shape the future of HR operations through innovative Oracle Cloud technologies fostering an environment where both people and technology thrive.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Human Capital Management Information Systems or related

- 16 years of experience inOracle HCM consulting

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
