Location: Worthing
Basic Salary:
Bonus: 10000 profit-share (paid quarterly!)
Hours: MondayFriday 8:305:30 (40 hrs) Overtime Available
Team: 4 Techs 5 Ramps Your Own Workstation

The Role

Youll be one of the go-to technicians in the business trusted with:

• Diagnostics servicing repairs & maintenance
• Your own ramp your own space your own standards
• Getting involved with MOT repairs (and MOT testing if qualified)
• Delivering top-quality workmanship for a customer base that genuinely values the garage
• Continued development everyone is encouraged to get their MOT card fully funded

What Theyre Looking For

A top tech someone who knows their stuff and takes pride in doing the job properly.

MOT licence
EV/Hybrid training
Independent garage experience
(Not essential the right attitude matters most.)

45k50k basic
10k profit-share bonus (paid quarterly!)
