Work Study Student University Police Department

• Assist with receiving the public and answering questions in person and by telephone.
• Assist with responding to inquiries from employees students and citizens.
• Assist with referring inquiries when necessary to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist with general clerical duties entering data into a computer filing records sending and receiving faxes answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
• Assist with picking up sorting and distributing mail.
• Assist with the processing of parking citations.
• Assist with cashier payment transactions for UPD and Parking Management Bureau.
• Assist with performing Live Scan fingerprint services.
• Assist with receiving and transmitting shuttle requests over the radio.
• Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
