Job Summary
Join WTW Re as a Policy Administrator in our Reinsurance team where youll play a key role in supporting the placement and servicing of complex global reinsurance programs. The Role
- Process and maintain accurate reinsurance policy documentation endorsements and contracts.
- Support the placement and renewal of reinsurance by coordinating with brokers clients and insurers.
- Input and update data in internal systems to ensure policy records are complete and compliant.
- Monitor and track key dates deliverables and documentation to meet client and regulatory deadlines.
- Assist with premium processing invoicing and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding policy details and documentation.
Qualifications
- The Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English Arabic)
- Comfortable working with data and documentation.
- A willingness to learn about insurance and reinsurance processes.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g. insurance finance business administration)
