Full Stack Software Engineer
Full-time On-site (San Francisco CA) $150K$250K Equity

Types of Problems You May Work On
Consumer Software Challenges
Reducing interviewer response latency to 200ms.
Scaling infrastructure to handle 1000 simultaneous interviews while maintaining compliance across different geographies.
Designing a vector database capable of handling complex trait-based candidate queries.
Enterprise Software Challenges
Integrating with customers internal hiring systems.
Presenting interview data visually in a fast intuitive way.
Building out numerous feature requests related to data handling automation and UX.
Requirements
37 years of full-stack engineering experience (senior level).
Strong alignment with the required tech stack.
Tech Stack
Frontend: React (TypeScript)
Cloud / DevOps: Azure Kubernetes Docker
Backend: Python (Vector Databases asyncio)
Database: PostgreSQL
