Location: Berlin
Tasks
You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.
- Work closely with the Venture Development Team on new product launches market entries and go-to-market initiatives
- Support the analysis of sales performance and help identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and retail channels
- Help prepare reports forecasts and business cases for strategic decisions
- Gain insights into how to scale a business and contribute to projects that drive real impact
Requirements
- First experience in business development consulting e-commerce or a high-growth startup
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
- Strong analytical skills youre fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
- Entrepreneurial mindset you take initiative move fast and arent afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) both written and spoken; additional languages are considered a plus
