The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking an AWS Connect Specialist to design configure integrate and support the districts cloud-based Amazon Connect contact center. The role involves building contact flows dashboards integrations and ensuring platform security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows routing profiles and chat/voice automation.
Configure Amazon Connect instances users security profiles and contact strategies.
Build chatbots and conversational AI using Amazon Lex.
Create KPI dashboards and reports using Amazon Connect CloudWatch and Amazon QuickSight.
Manage outbound campaigns and surveys within Amazon Connect.
Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs and enterprise apps using AWS Lambda S3 DynamoDB and APIs.
Ensure security compliance and change control adherence.
Troubleshoot system issues monitor performance and implement upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments.
Strong experience in contact flow design call routing user/security profiles.
Experience with AWS services: Lambda Lex S3 DynamoDB CloudWatch.
Knowledge of VoIP call center operations and Customer Experience (CX) best practices.
Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports.
Ability to work with business analysts security teams and leadership.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certification (Solutions Architect Developer SysOps etc.).
Experience with Workforce Optimization (Forecasting Scheduling).
Prior government or enterprise contact center experience.
