We are seeking an accomplished Senior Administrative Assistant with over 11 years of experience providing expert-level administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to independently manage complex priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership driving efficiency and enhancing overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative support and leadership to ensure smooth operations and organizational efficiency.

  • Independently manage calendars schedules and appointments for multiple team members prioritizing critical tasks.

  • Lead the coordination of meetings conferences and events handling logistics agendas and follow-up with precision.

  • Prepare edit and review complex reports presentations and correspondence with accuracy and clarity.

  • Conduct research and data analysis compiling comprehensive reports that support strategic decision-making.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion maintaining trust and integrity at all times.

  • Oversee budget management expense tracking and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to the teams efficiency and success.

  • Experience:

    • 10 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years supporting senior leadership.

    • Experience in utilities energy or corporate environments preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.

    • Strong ability to prepare reports track budgets and manage records with high accuracy.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Professional demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
