We are seeking a motivated Application Developer (.NET) to support Technology platforms. The role involves contributing to application design development SaaS/COTS delivery and production support while collaborating closely with global stakeholders and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of architectural specifications ensuring feasibility functionality and integration with existing systems and/or SaaS platforms.
Participate in gathering and documenting user requirements creating user stories and providing development estimates for software strategic platforms and/or COTS solutions.
Contribute to technical design development implementation and maintenance of application systems.
Work on front-end or back-end development with a working understanding of both.
Support SaaS and/or COTS solution delivery and configuration.
Participate in peer reviews of solution designs code and SaaS/COTS configurations.
Assist in investigating and resolving production incidents problems and service requests in collaboration with SaaS providers.
Support production applications and platforms to ensure system availability and performance.
Identify innovative solutions to technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement.
Follow global change management processes for service restoration and problem management.
Collaborate with product teams on day-to-day production management activities.
Manage work queues and prioritize tasks as required.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.

Understanding of application development lifecycle and enterprise systems
