Job Summary

Role: Salesforce Engineer

Location: Atlanta GA / Woodland Hills CA (3 days a week onsite is required) / Remote also fine

Job Type: Contract

OVERALL EXPERIENCE:

More than 6 years IT industry total experience with Minimum 3-4 years specifically in hands-on solutioning and development (coding) in Apex Lightning and Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce
Must have strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio Discovery framework LWC & integrations
Must have strong working experience and knowledge in Salesforce experience cloud
Healthcare experience is a huge plus. Especially in the Healthcare payer/ insurance industry
Any prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is nice to have

Domain Experience (If any) Good to have healthcare experience

OVERALL EXPERIENCE:

Experience in working with client in USA is a Must and in coordinating between Onsite-Offshore daily
Candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding omnistudio and in Salesforce administration configuration and customization including reports and dashboards
This Role will have Design/Solutioning responsibility as well as lot of hands-on Coding to be done

CERTIFICATIONS:
Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2)
Nice to Have: Certified Omnistudio Developer Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Architect stream certification

CLOUD EXPERIENCE (SALES/SERVICE/OTHERS):
Must Have: Experience Cloud
Good to Have: Health Cloud

DEVELOPMENT KNOWLEDGE:

Very good experience in having implemented Salesforce solutions from a development perspective.
Hand-holding junior developers in ensuring Apex/Visualforce/Lightning based solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.

Must Have:

Experience of at least 2-3 Actual Projects in Oministudio LIGHTNING version including working on Aura framework and creating Lightning components/LWC
Extensive hands-on experience with OmniStudio components including DataRaptors (Extract Transform Load) Integration Procedures FlexCards and OmniScripts.
Skilled in using DataRaptor formulas filtering caching strategies and performance optimization techniques.
Proven ability to develop dynamic responsive FlexCards with custom actions data sources styling and state management.
Expertise in building advanced OmniScripts for guided user experiences leveraging conditional views multi-step flows and data transformations.
Experience in Vlocity is a huge plus
Strong Experience with Apex Triggers Eclipse IDE SOQL and Java-script
Must be able to engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling
Strong Problem-solving skills with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario
Done Technical Solutioning evaluating Configuration vs Coding and making the best choices for Customization.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Coding best practices and understanding the limitations of Apex coding
Very good experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services
Integrate with Web services including SOAP WSDL REST SSL standards security models and typical API client architecture. And experience in working with Bulk API and the Metadata API.
Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi or Cast Iron or Mulesoft
Experience with database development SQL or PL/SQL database schemas stored procedures is essential
Follow unit testing and test class best practices and be capable of coding for positive/negative scenarios
Must have experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tool and working on solving deployment errors

Good to have Knowledge on HTML/HTML5 CSS XML AJAX Web-services Google APIs JQuery/any other java-script framework. Object oriented programming experience in J2EE/.Net platforms.
