Job Title Personal Lines High net worth Account Manager

Hybrid Fulltime.

Location: Scarsdale NY

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that each clients insurance needs are met efficiently accurately and with the highest level of professionalism. The position involves direct communication with clients internal teams and carrier partners to deliver customized insurance solutions and a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts including new home and auto purchases renewal account reviews endorsements cancellations and re-marketing when appropriate.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of insurance solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client activity records in the agency management system (AMS 360 preferred).
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients identifying areas for account rounding and coverage improvements.
  • Stay current on insurance coverage options policy forms and carrier rates to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members carrier underwriters and partner company staff to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or Account Specialist in an insurance agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active Property and Casualty Producer License required.
  • Proficiency in Agency Management Software (AMS 360 preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AMS360 management system.
  • Working knowledge of quoting and management systems for major carriers represented by Advocate Brokerage including Chubb PURE Cincinnati Berkley One Travelers Hanover and others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
