Job Summary

Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Description

The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations including safe material handling inventory control and shipping activities. The role focuses on accuracy organization and maintaining inventory integrity through barcode scanning labeling and scrap handling.

Responsibilities

Transport materials between designated warehouse areas.
Label organize and store inventory according to standards.
Inspect incoming goods verify accuracy and match to purchase orders.
Follow detailed instructions verify part/serial numbers and ensure accurate ERP data entry.
Maintain a clean safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory systems and cycle counting.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Knowledge of hazardous material procedures is a plus.
Experience with ERP or WMS systems preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Operate pallet jacks.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.
PPE required as needed.

Contingent Worker Notice

Only warehouse experience limited to Amazon or similar environments using handheld-only workflows with little or no data entry will not be considered.
