About the Role:
We are seeking an Advanced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to join a fast-paced global IT environment. The role focuses on supporting payroll compensation and benefits processes with exposure to company pension structures and international salary planning. You will contribute to the design configuration testing and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors solutions partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modulesprimarily Compensationto meet evolving business needs.
- Execute Functional Testing and System Integration Testing to maintain high-quality software standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives).
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd-level support team and respond to stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Stay informed about industry trends new features and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support implementation activities across the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to development tasks and apply test-driven development techniques where applicable.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Solid understanding of salary planning processes.
- Proficient in JIRA xRay and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong commitment to quality accuracy and continuous enhancement.
Advantageous Skills:
- Technical knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting tools particularly Story Reporting
- Exposure to SAP HCM (H4S4).
- Proficient in application testing within SuccessFactors environments.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a drive for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (any module) is beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
