Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

An appropriate 3-year B-Degree equivalent or higher qualification; A minimum of 3 years experience in a Supply Chain Management/Finance/Audit environment.

Competencies

Knowledge of the following: Relevant legislative and regulatory requirements pertaining to Supply Chain Management; Monitoring and evaluation methods tools and techniques; Business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation human resources modelling leadership technique production methods and coordination of people and resources; Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction; Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) Treasury Regulations and guidelines; SCM Regulations practice notes circulars policy frameworks; Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and its associated regulations. Skills needed: Communication & Information management; Proven computer literacy; Numeracy; Project management; Planning and orgainising; Problem-solving and decision-making; Team membership.
