We are seeking two young qualified Mechatronic Engineers who are ready to elevate their careers internationally. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule robotic welding programming activities.
• Coordinate with the production teams to align robot deployments with manufacturing timelines.
• Ensure availability of software & hardware for programming
• Develop and optimize MIG welding programs using ABB or VALK systems.
• Continuously improve cycle times and qualify of weld.
• Use Delfoi and VALK offline programming tools for robotic welding path simulation and validation.
• Reduce downtime and improve first time quality.
• Monitor welding quality and robot performance
• Analyze data for improvements
• Support cross-departmental projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Graduates can apply
• Certificate or qualification in welding will be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in manufacturing automation and systems integration
• Hands-on experience with servo robot camera tracking ABB or VALK welding systems and Defloi offline programming
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to an international multicultural environment

Knowledge of the following:

• MIG welding processes and robotic welding integration
• Servo robot camera tracking systems and calibration
• ABB and VALK robotic platforms
• Defloi offline programming tools

Skills and Abilities:

• Develop and optimize robotic welding programs
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible for Housekeeping and safe working environment.
