- To lead Project Management Commissions taking responsibility for end-to-end service
- delivery often with respect to large or complex projects.
- To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and
- that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality
- standards.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making.
- Implement best practices for project governance risk management and compliance.
- Organize and lead meetings document minutes and track action items to completion.
- Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to
- deliver quality outputs on time.
- Manage commissions cashflows budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent
- recommendations.
- Conduct site visits quality control checks and punch-list management during
- construction.
- Ensure compliance with client documentation standards and control processes.
- Oversee project closeout including payment processing commissioning documentation
- and lessons learned workshops.
- Training and development of junior staff (transfer of skills to graduates and assistant
- PMs)
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong record of managing large-scale complex projects from construction to completion
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or a similar field
- Familiar with CSA and MEPF requirements code and standard in building and construction industry.
- PMP certification is highly desirable have grade 1 or 2 certificate of supervision project management is required
- Proficient in MS Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint Project or P6 and other project management software.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to use office software (World Excel Power Point) MS Project AutoCAD P6...
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
