Job Summary

Our client is a manufacturing cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

  • Receive and document all customer concerns related to leather quality defects or delivery discrepancies.

  • Assess the legitimacy of each claim by coordinating with relevant production and quality teams.

  • Collect and verify all necessary evidence such as images defect details and physical samples.

  • Ensure all cases are processed accurately and resolved within agreed timelines.

  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding post-delivery issues and claim updates.

  • Communicate investigation results corrective actions and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers when required to support product understanding and proper usage.

  • Partner with Production Quality and TCC teams to identify root causes and validate findings.

  • Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement and minimize repeat problems.

  • Contribute to internal summaries analysis and performance metrics related to claim handling and service quality.

  • Maintain a structured and up-to-date claim management system with complete case histories and resolution records.

  • Review claim data to identify recurring patterns and propose preventive or corrective measures.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on customer service performance and claims status for management review.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Leather Technology Quality Management Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in the leather sector particularly in customer service quality assurance or technical support functions.

  • Strong understanding of leather categories common defects grading methods and industry quality requirements.

  • Prior involvement in managing customer claims and after-sales service is highly preferred.

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of leather manufacturing processes and defect identification; familiarity with cutting layouts yield improvement and defect allocation is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled in handling conflict situations and addressing customer dissatisfaction with professionalism and tact.

  • Strong analytical capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation tracking and follow-up discipline.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
