Job Summary
Adult English Instructor
Location: Enid OK
Contract: 14 weeks possible extension
Overview:
The Adult English Instructor will teach English skills for workplace application working with adult learners of varying proficiency levels. The role includes instruction lesson creation and learner assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 610 hours/week of ESL/ESP.
- Create flexible lesson content.
- Record attendance and student outcomes.
- Attend required program meetings and events.
Requirements:
- TESOL certification.
- Native/near-native English fluency.
- Strong ESL instructional knowledge.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree.
- 3 years experience with adult ESL.
- ESP background.
- Technology-based teaching ability.
